On behalf of LOCAL 2339, I want to extend a warm welcome to you. Joining our union is more than just becoming part of an organization, it’s joining a family that stands together to protect your rights, ensure fair treatment, and promote a safe and equitable workplace. We are proud of the work our members do every day, and we are excited to have you as part of our team.

As a member of LOCAL 2339, you now have access to a wide network of support, resources, and representation. One of the first things I encourage you to do is explore the Local’s organizational chart, which is available below. This chart will give you a clear understanding of how our Local is structured, who holds key positions, and where to direct specific questions or concerns. Knowing the roles and responsibilities of your union leadership can make it easier to navigate your rights and the benefits available to you.

We understand that starting in a new role or even a new union can be overwhelming. That’s why we emphasize the importance of connecting with your union representative. Your union rep is your direct line to guidance, support, and advocacy. Whether you have questions about your contract, workplace conditions, grievance procedures, or benefits, your rep is here to assist you. Don’t hesitate to reach out, they are here to ensure that every member has a voice and that your workplace is fair and just.

Being an active member of LOCAL 2339 also means participating in the ongoing efforts to strengthen our union. Attend meetings, join committees, and engage with your fellow members. The more involved you are, the stronger our collective voice becomes. Remember, the strength of a union lies in the solidarity of its members. Your participation not only benefits you personally but also helps protect the rights and benefits of every member in our Local.

We are committed to ensuring that your experience as a member is positive, empowering, and productive. We encourage you to take advantage of all the resources available to you, stay informed about union news and updates, and build connections with your fellow members. Together, we can continue to advocate for fair treatment, safe working conditions, and a workplace that respects the dignity of every worker.

Welcome to LOCAL 2339. We are proud to have you with us, and we look forward to standing with you.

In solidarity,
